HEY GUYS

So as you all can see I fell of the 365 band wagon. I normally do. Maybe I'll try to start one in the summer. Then when school & work start back up I'll be in the habit. You think? Anywho, I'm not going to write a mega long entry. but I'll leave you with a picture of my nephew on St. Paddy's Day :)

I'm a horrible blogger

I just looked back & saw that I haven't written an actual blog in about a month. So I'm going to write a short catch up one today, & I'll try to keep on top of things. Well in the last month, schools started back up. I'm only taking two classes. On Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. I have a math class. Then Saturday mornings from 9-12 p.m. I have an art class. Both are fine. I'm not crazy about the times and such, but I got to do what I got to do. I am more determined then EVER to get my degree, to do something with my life, to be able to support myself. Also in the last month I finished reading "The Help. I'm not going to say too much about, look for a book review sometime tomorrow :D. Last Saturday was also the book sale, 11 books for $7. You can't beat that! What else, what else......Oh this week, I work a total of one day. Monday I was sick. I wasn't there 10 minutes before they kicked me out. Tuesday I went. Wednesday I took off to take my sister to some appts. And then the school was closed Thursday & Friday due to weather. I'm not complaining. It just better not take away from my Mardi Gras Holiday, or else I shall be PISSED. Anywho, I'm gonna go. And study. Got an art test in the a.m.

Today I got in my DVD that Whit sent me. I've been on the hunt for The Odyssey on dvd for years. And the cheapest I could find it was for $80! Um no! Then I saw this, two movies for $14, and one was the Odyssey. I spazzed out over it. I'll never watch the other movie, but thats ok. Thanks Whitters.

Project 365

So I've decided to start up the 365 project. I've attempted this twice before. The first time I did it, I made it about two weeks & then my father died. The second time I made it a week & something else bad happened, causing me to miss several days. I hope this does not happen this time. But anywho....

Day 01/365

I finally got me 3 free Zoya polishes in. I purchased a 4th because I couldn't make up my mind.

Clearing out

I've spent most of my morning boxing up things I don't have room for but want when I get my own place. I lived in the dining room for 3 years & in that 3 years I accumulated a lot of stuff. Now I am in a normal sized room, while I can fit everything in here, I hate the look of clutter. What looked great in my HUGE room looks like clutter in my new small room. I also need to clean the top of my closet out. There is stuff up there I couldn't tell you what it was. Things people have handed down to me, things I'm accumulated over time & now don't like. So I hope to do that next weekend since I have a 3 day weekend. All the things I do not want are getting priced and going into a garage sale. I'm having one soonish to raise money so I can go to Scotland for a study abroad program. I hope I can go *crosses fingers*. If I don't get to go, the money just goes into my savings. I suppose the real reason I'm blogging is to stall, waste time. I always get lazy around noon time.

OH, a few weeks ago I decided I wanted new bedding. Stuff that went with my room & all matched. Up till now I had sheets my mom handed down to me, a comforter she gave me for Christmas a couple years ago (I love it, but it doesn't match my room). So I went on Overstock.com on the hunt. This is what I ordered.

I only paid $100 & I got the comforter, bedskirt, the two blue pillow shams, the two brown pillow shams, and the two decorative pillows. I haven't put it on my bed yet because I need to go to Target & get teal sheets, and some plain teal & chocolate pillow cases. I also have to get square pillows of the blue shams. But I'm so excited. I'm going to Target this week. I'm having a hard time waiting lol. And I refuse to put it on my bed until I have all the pieces.

So ready for the weekend

It's 9:41 P.M. on Thursday night & I'm exhausted. I am waiting on my uniforms to dry and I still have dishes to do. I am beyond ready for 2 P.M. tomorrow to come. I'm hoping tomorrow when I get home that I'll get pictures & a video done on my E.L.F. order that came in. I also get my new bedding in, but I won't put it on my bed till I make it to Target to get the sheets I want & a few more pillow cases.

While I'm here I want to talk about a message board I own with a couple friends of mine. Serenitymb.net! We have members but none of them post. Only like the same 4 people post on there. I have no idea what to do to get people interested. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm open to all suggestions.

I know this is a piss poor excuse of a blog entry, but I am so tired. So I'm going to go wash dishes & go to bed. Night loves.
